Anna-Marie Joubert was born and raised in South Africa. She has a Masters Degree in Trusts and Estate Planning. Before emigrating to Canada in 2000, she practiced law in partnership with her husband in Barberton, Mpumalanga, for 17 years. She has extensive experience in real estate matters, deceased estate planning and administration, and corporate/commercial matters. In Canada she re-qualified as a lawyer by serving one year of articles in Calgary, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2006.
